Education and TrainingIdeal Candidate:
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
A deep passion for education, dedicated to the growth and development of each student.
Have a QTS or equivalent
Have experience planning lessons, projects and assessments
