Description
Our client, one of the Top Four Financial Consultants, is looking for Private Asset Consultants.

The role is supporting an Investment bank client within real estate, involving reviewing and analysis of financial statements, reports and models.

Therefore,experience in Real Estate fund structures is essential.


Location:
Hybrid - home and office (various locations in the UK). The week will be a 2/3 day split between home and office.


Rate:
Depending on experience.


Working hours:
Standard business hours, Monday - Friday


Start Dates:
Early 2023


Current contract length: 1 year


Job description:

  • Review and analysis of financial statements.
  • Producing financial reports/statements for existing and new clients.
  • Fund model by analysing income projections, cashflow requirements, and market and transactional impacts.
  • Manage the monthly fund capital expenditure schedules.
  • Conduct audits and compliance reports.
  • Keep track of and review funds to support client's needs.
  • Compile valuation models.
  • Check integrity of source material such as client accounts.
  • Keep up to date on industry changes.

Required Experience:

  • Experience dealing with complex Real Estate structures ideal.
  • Expertise in Real Estate fund structures essential.
  • Professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA or CA is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of Yardi and Investran softwares desirable.
