    Description

    Our client is currently seeking experienced Pensions and Investment Complaint Handlers to support a review project focused on the sale of pension and investment products. The aim is to ensure that appropriate procedures were correctly followed during the sale. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong knowledge of pension and investment products including SIPPs, OEICs, ISAs, and Non-ISAs, who also possess experience in handling complaints related to product advice and suitability.

    We are looking for candidates who fit the following criteria:

    • Review how Pension and Investment products were sold and advised to customers.
    • Evaluate case handling and complaint procedures.
    • Deal with pension products, especially SIPP wrappers with underlying funds, in accumulation and decumulation phases.
    • Handle investment products like OEICs, ISA and non-ISA, Onshore and Offshore Bonds.
    • Analyze complaints linked to Venture Capital products such as VCTs, EIS schemes, and DB pension transfer advice.
    • Conduct case reviews, evaluate provider responses, and advance cases through a structured process flow.
    • Assess gathered data and evidence within customer complaints to determine eligibility.
    • Communicate with relevant third parties via phone when necessary.
    • Adhere to established processes, procedures, and regulatory standards like FCA and COMP rules.
    • Compose necessary response letters.
    • Operate within a claims management workflow system.
    • Maintain a focus on data protection.

    Key Requirements:

    • Previous experience in reviewing complaints within the Pensions and Investment sector is essential.
    • Proven experience as a case handler.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle tight deadlines effectively through workflow and time management.
    • Capability to meet and sustain specified quality and production targets.
    • Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
