  • Analysed stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems and provided options for consideration

Project Description: Natixis CIB was planning to migrate 500,000 customers from its IT legacy system onto a Cloud-based core banking platform. Worked with ETL Solution architects to ensure data integrity, data cleansing, Integration/migration solution design document detailing source-target mappings where applicable and Data extraction from source systems e.g., Banking Core, Treasury, and other identified data sources internal or external to the bank where necessary
