Digital Marketing Manager - Cheadle (Hybrid Working - 1 day a week in office - £40,000 - £50,000 - B2B
Exclusively representing a large financial organisation who have been established for over 200 years. They are looking to hire an Affiliate Manager for a one-year mat leave cover. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been working in a similarrole, looking to propel their career.


The main focus for this role is Affiliate management - however there is a all around digital focus on this role.

They offer flexible working with 1 day a week in their Cheadle Hulme office (can be more if wanted) as well as a gym membership, an extra day of holiday for your birthday, Nuffield Health access as well as early finish on Fridays


My client also understands that mat leaves occasionally pose risk - so they have put in a 3 month notice for this role on their behalf.

There is also a significant possibility that this role will become permanent.


The main function of the role is;

  • To manage and maintain the communication strategy focusing on affiliate marketing and, content.
  • Delegate work to ensure the digital team is working efficiently and managing pipelines of work
  • Expand the distribution channels of the organisation
  • Plan digital acquisition campaigns
  • Work with agencies and other internal teams
  • Branding and ensuring tone of voice is consistent
  • Website management when necessary
  • Implementation of cultural initiatives
  • Develop and manage the organisations affiliate program manage current and new affiliates
  • Budget management maintain affiliate and SEO budget, approving with finance for all monthly accruals

This is a great opportunity for someone who;

  • Has at least 4 years of experience within a similar role
  • Degree in marketing or business
  • Strong analytical and organisation skills
  • Experience with Search Console and AWIN, google Data studio as well as other platforms
  • Experience managing affiliate partnership platforms
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • 2 years of direct mail campaigns
