    Role: Corporate Affairs Associate

    Type: Contract

    Duration: 6 months (likelihood of extension)

    Location: Cambridge or Uxbridge

    This is a contract role for a Global Innovative Pharmaceutical company specialising in Oncology, Haematology & Cardiovascular diseases. They have grown by 3% in the past 6 months without losing too many people. The average tenure in this company is 6 years which means its a great working environment too.

    They are seeking a corporate affairs associate where you'll be supporting Corporate Affairs in delivering the UK and Ireland Corporate Affairs strategy, with responsibility for driving key activities in alignment with functional vision. additionally, Implementing tactical activities for the UK and Ireland staff engagement program.

    This is an initial 6 month contract, with a potential to expend based on performance. The role will be remote 95% of the time, there could be travel into offices based in either Cambridge or West London on an adhoc basis.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Supporting Corporate Affairs in delivering the UK and Ireland Corporate Affairs strategy, with responsibility for driving key activities in alignment with functional vision.
    • Implementing tactical activities for the UK and Ireland staff engagement program.
    • Contributing to external corporate communication activities, including Employer Value Proposition (EVP), Disease Awareness, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
    • Maintaining the corporate website ) and contributing to the development and activation of other external digital corporate communication tactics as needed.
    • Ad-hoc activities based on requirements of the Corporate Affairs function.
