    Join our Living Places team as a Principal Operations Manager on the Lincolnshire Highways Contract and you can build something to be proud of.

    Responsible for all aspects of planning and delivery of circa 40,000 reactive related task orders in line with budget expectations, required quality standards and client timescales.

    Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across all the functions, H & S specifically
    Manage the areas financial and operational performance to meet financial targets providing proactive contribution into the month end CVR process
    Maintain a framework for performance management, succession planning and the development of people within the team
    Appropriate Civil and Highways experience and technical qualification degree of similar
    Self-motivated to achieve a high level of performance
    Good business acumen
    Commercial Awareness understand cost of doing business, SLAs and KPI
