Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Retrofit Assessor to join our team. As a Retrofit Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating buildings for retrofitting projects.

Your primary goal will be to identify areas where energy efficiency improvements can be made and provide cost estimates for implementing these changes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of buildings to identify potential areas for energy efficiency improvements
Evaluate existing systems and equipment to determine their efficiency and effectiveness
Collect and analyse data related to energy consumption, building performance, and equipment specifications
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements for retrofitting projects
Develop detailed reports outlining recommended retrofitting measures, including cost estimates and potential energy savings
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in energyefficient technologies
Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on available incentives, rebates, and financing options for retrofitting projects
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of retrofitting measures

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data related to building performance and energy consumption
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey assessment findings and recommendations to clients
Detailoriented mindset with the ability to identify potential areas for improvement in building systems and equipment
Proficient in using computer software programs for data analysis and report generation

This is a paid position that offers competitive compensation based on experience.
