We are currently looking for talented and motivated Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Mission Critical team in London as part of a multi-disciplinary department delivering a wide range of projects in the UK and overseas. This role can be worked flexibly with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and the option of adjusted start and finish times.
What does the role involve?
Sweco has an award winning portfolio of UK and international projects, demonstrating a broad range of experience in delivering leading-edge, sustainable civil and structural engineering consultancy services. Our ethos is based on close working relationships with like-minded clients and design professionals.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer you'll work closely with experienced engineers along with colleagues in other disciplines from across the wider business in the UK and Ireland to deliver projects by:
Working with us will give you the opportunity to develop by working on landmark projects and schemes of all shapes and sizes to help our clients tackle climate change and improve the UK's environmental impacts. You will learn from experienced people who share a passion for working together with our customers to deliver technical excellence and as you develop be given opportunity to work more independently.
As a graduate at Sweco you will be enrolled on the Graduate Scheme which will provide the opportunity to visit other UK offices, socialise with other Sweco Graduates and provide you with the soft-skills to succeed within your role and the wider business.

To be successful in this role you will be:
A talented, motivated, enthusiastic Civil or Structural Engineering graduate who has either recently graduated or will be doing so in 2024. Have a desire to be part of the answer to the growing concerns about how we manage our precious resources and protect the environment in a sustainable and effective way.
