Exciting New Office/ Accounts Administrator position

What will the role include?
Part-time hours: 28 hours per week

Daily tasks will assist the effective and efficient running of a busy finance team, and include, but are not limited to;

  • Performing data entry tasks, including updating records and databases for personnel and financial information.
  • Handling the finance team inboxes first line for resolving any queries or escalating to relevant team members.
  • Processing of purchase invoices.
  • Checking statements against accounts.
  • Processing reconciliations.
  • Sending out monthly statements to our customers.
  • Sending out monthly renewal invoices to our customers.
  • Maintaining accurate details on our inhouse system of renewal invoices and checking receipt.
  • Other adhoc. duties as required by the role.

Skills & Experience

Essential
Here's why you'll be great in this role

  • You have experience in a similar role.
  • Strong numerical skills accurate with a keen attention to detail.
  • IT literate proficient in Excel, willing to learn new systems/software where required.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a strong work ethic and strong organisational skills. Confident speaking on the phone, presenting a professional image at all times.
  • You will have the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
  • Be a confident team player with a positive cando attitude.
  • Have a high degree of flexibility to cover the demands of the role.

Desirable
But not essential

  • Previous experience of working in a finance team.
  • Knowledge of financial policies and procedures.
  • Part AAT qualified (or equivalent) or willing to work towards this.
