Working on behalf of our client, a leading waste management company based in Normanton, we are actively seeking a full-time Head of Health & Safety for this national role.

Our client has been recognised for exceptional service and dedication to high health and safety standards and have focus on continuous growth and innovation.

As an experienced Health & Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with legislation, promoting a culture of best practices, incident management, monitoring H&S performance, and assisting in training development.

Ideally you will hold your NEBOSH, with additional certifications like TechIOSH, GradIOSH, CMIOSH, or IEMA being desirable along with a knowledge of management systems and audit experience.

In return for driving a culture of safety within our client's organisation, you would receive a salary up to £60,000 plus company car, starting with 30 days holidays (including bank holidays), personal development opportunities, death in service benefit, contributory pension scheme, discounts on refurbished IT and domestic appliances, subsidised canteen, and on-site gym facilities.
