Our client, based in
Central London , is currently recruiting for
an Organisational Development Advisor on a permanent contract. Our client is one of the largest charities in the UK providing specialist support to thousands.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The salary is negotiable based on experience for this position.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Develop approach to OD and performance management
  • Lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of the organisations Equality, Diversity and Wellbeing strategy
  • Liaise with managers to support strong leadership in relation to organisational development, equalities and wellbeing
  • Overseeing a strategic approach to staff wellbeing and engagement, ensuring initiatives, guidance and support is delivered in line with organisational values
  • Develop, deliver and evaluate effective organisational, learning and development solutions

Experience required:


  • Extensive experience and knowledge of implementing OD strategies
  • Experience of developing, delivering and evaluating learning and development events and interventions

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Great communication skills

Working hours:


  • 37.5 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5:30pm
  • Only required to go into the office two/three times per month
