We are recruiting for a Qualified Solicitor to join the Private Client department of an established Private Practice Law firm in Rochester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive Law firm in Kent.

What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?

The Private Client Solicitor role with be dealing with a variety of Private Client matters.
Managing caseloads relating to Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Court of Protection.

Requirements Skills and Qualification

Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client matters.
STEP accreditation or working towards STEP accreditation would be preferable but not essential.
