    Job Title: Content Creator

    Reports to: Senior Content Creative

    Direct Reports: TBC

    Working in partnership with the NHS, we are already the UK's largest digital mental health platform for young people aged We are now rapidly expanding into supporting the NHS adult population, providing corporate solutions to help build mentally healthy businesses, and expanding internationally.

    Role Objective

    Create and distill sparkling, multi-format and on-message content (blogs, case studies, infographics, report, etc) for a range of channels, with a focus on our buyer audiences.

    Responsibilities Content creation and content marketing

    • Demonstrate ability to respond to internal briefs, ensuring you understand the project aims, can prioritise the work appropriately and deliver content to a high standard and to deadline
    • Working with internal experts (eg design, clinical), use your creativity to create compelling and effective audience-focused and SEO compliant content that set us apart from our competitors
    • Demonstrate ability to create a range of content, from blogs, articles and case studies to infographics, podcasts, videos and reports, ensuring that each piece carries clear brand messaging
    • Where possible, ensure content created is aligned across teams and channels and/or repurposed from existing library
    • Where appropriate, work with the design team to create visuals appropriate to each audience and in line with our brand
    • Ensure output is accurate, high quality, clinically safe and in line with our brand
    • Support with collaborative participation projects, working with people with lived experience to create content which will help and support others
    • Work with colleagues to repurpose content for different audiences via different channels, including socials and our website

    Research and planning

    • Stay on top of industry trends and research, proactively suggesting ideas for new content
    • Monitor competitor activity ensuring our content is distinct and communicates our brand personality effectively
    • Forge relationships with internal experts you can call on for support with projects

    Editorial management

    • Plan and maintain content calendar aligned to reactive and proactive campaigns
    • Bring in and work with content freelancers when appropriate

    Measurement and reporting

    • Measure and monitor relevant web pages, landing pages and social media traffic data to ensure we are driving up awareness and engagement, taking appropriate actions to improve metrics
    • Deliver against agreed metrics covering relevant aspects of your role and results achieved

    Requirements

    • Proven ability to develop and implement effective content marketing strategies.
    • Successful track record of managing end-to-end content projects.
    • Strong skills in prioritization and meeting deadlines consistently.
    • Experience in optimizing content budgets for maximum impact.
    • Proficient in utilizing various data analysis tools.
    • Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform content strategies.
    • Establishing and maintaining effective content creation processes.
    • Leadership experience in guiding content teams.
    • Flexibility in adapting editorial style to diverse content needs.
    • Hands-on experience using tools to evaluate and optimize content impact.
    • Track record of preparing comprehensive content performance reports.
    • Skill in crafting compelling, brand-aligned copy.
    • Ability to ensure content aligns seamlessly with the brand narrative.
    • Creative approach to content development.
    • Proven ability to maintain precision in all aspects of content creation.
    • Demonstrated initiative and success in implementing solutions independently.
    • Consistent focus on achieving content marketing objectives.
    • Demonstrate empathy and understanding in content creation for diverse audiences.

    Education/Qualifications

    Essential -

    • Degree in marketing, journalism, or other relevant field
    • Min 3 years of work experience

    Desired -

    • Experience in mental health desirable but not essential
