    This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Kingston Upon Thames.

    The role involves managing existing customer relationships, building new relationships, providing excellent customer service to clients, and meeting sales targets.

    We are looking for account executives to join our growing team.

    You will be responsible for the retention, growth, account management and profitability of commercial accounts, with progression opportunities and performance bonuses for the right candidate.

    This exciting new role will have you covering commercial results, growth/development, meeting the relevant KPI's and SLA's, compliance, customer satisfaction and retention.

    Working closely with the Commercial Director to ensure the development of strategic account plans, innovative solutions/sustainability and ensure consistent and high quality service.


    • Primary interface between the company and client, responsible for ensuring strategic account plans are implemented, service success, contract compliance, retention and pricing
    • Be the point of escalated for the Client to support the resolution of situations.
    • Negotiate, influence and communicate at all levels within both internally and externally to deliver long term benefit to all parties.
    • Upsell and cross sell other Just Clear products and services into the managed account.
    This role is responsible for performance management of the contract in line with KPIs and metrics.


    • This position requires the ability to build key internal relationships at all levels to ensure customer success
    • Working with the Operations function to identify creative and innovative solutions which will reduce churn in line with company targets
    • You will have a proven track record for effectively managing customer accounts.
    ~ Background with property, law, or probate services is helpful


    • You will have excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, demonstrating a strong 'can do' attitude towards account management.
    • Ability to travel
    • Strong Commercial background and awareness
    • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, however A-Levels or a Degree certainly won't do any harm.
