Due to continued success and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as an Admin Support Assistant to join our team in Hemel Hempstead.


What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as an Admin Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Support department and business administration tasks.
  • Process customer claims in a timely manner.
  • Track requests status and communicate to relevant colleagues.
  • Propose and implement business process improvements in area of responsibility.
  • Support commercial teams in agreed task such as communication of activities to customers.
  • Work within a Team to effectively manage workload.
  • Provide cover for other members of Business Intelligence team when required.
  • Manage process timelines with key stakeholders across departments.

  • Analytical and Conceptual Thinking
  • Organizational Skills
  • Stress resistance/ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to influence & coordinate a team of peers
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Empathy, Sociability & Teamwork
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages with advanced excel including macros and VBA
