Responsible for the collection of all due invoices, in line with agreed payment terms. This role requires liaison with clients, key account managers, and the payroll and billing department to ensure prompt collection.

Being responsible for collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal orientated collections department.
Providing customer service regarding collection issues, resolving client discrepancies and short payments and reconciliation of accounts.
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned ledgers.
Working with sales and senior management as necessary to accelerate the collection process.
Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the collections department.

Office administration experience.
Experience in credit control would be advantageous but is not essential.
Strong accounting reconciliation experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
