A growing company in Liverpool City Centre are currently recruiting for an administration assistant with experience in managing diaries, booking appointments and the knowing when appointments will be becoming free again.
Duties Include:
- Diary management, arranging meetings/appointments, answering telephone calls
- Working within a small team supporting internal departments with a range of administration tasks.
- Managing a busy inbox ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- Daily ad hoc administration tasks, offering a helpful and positive can
- Administrative/secretarial experience working in a busy team
- Excellent planning and organising capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills.
- Welldeveloped interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
