  • Looking for a Customer Success Manager.??

The Role:

  • As Customer Success Manager your role will essentially be a Customer Service position where you will be taking and making calls, talking to customers about their accounts to make sure they are happy, and everything is running as expected.?
  • This is very customer service focussed position.?
  • You will mainly be making outbound calls to a set of accounts that you will be responsible for, making sure the clients are happy with their products, dealing with billing enquiries, any issues that the clients may have etc...?
  • You will assist with clients with technical issues and will need to talk to other departments to get all the info required for the client.?
  • Providing excellent customer service to grow the existing portfolio and use feedback to provide improvement ideas to the company.?
  • Will be targeted on KPI's and customer contact numbers etc...?
  • Managing resolutions within time frames and updating the management system to track issues.?
  • Using Mosaic and SAP to ensure the wider business tends to order management and relationship building.?
  • You will be involved with the clients purchasing their Pneumatic and Automation equipment. Looking after a set of accounts and ensuring you are touching base with them regularly.?
- £30k-£37k Depending on skill and experience, £6,250 bonus, Pension, 25 Day's annual leave, Private healthcare after probation.?


The Ideal Person:

  • You will have a minimum of A levels but ideally a higher qualification and any experience within the Engineering sector would be a huge benefit.?
  • You need to be able to pick up technical terms or be able to learn them.?
  • Ideally you will have some good Customer Service experience or possible some internal sales experience.?
  • We are looking for someone who drives results through organisation, prioritising and completing tasks.?
  • Focus on customer value through understanding needs, providing value to customers and showcasing the highest customer orientation.?
  • Not afraid to ask questions of the customers and to ask colleagues for help if you do not know the answers.??
  • Quick to learn new systems and ways of operating.?
