    Description

    Job Description Role:
    Cyber Security Lead

    Locke & McCloud are seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to lead a small and growing team of cyber security professionals at a legal services firm.

    Keen to hear from technical cyber security professionals experienced in the Microsoft Security suite and have end to end Azure project experience.

    Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cyber Security Team.
    Conduct regular performance meetings with team members and deputise for the Cyber Security Manager when necessary.

    Collaborate with various departments within the IT Department to safeguard the infrastructure, from implementing new systems to monitoring existing ones.

    Oversee post-cyber security incident forensic investigations and reporting, engaging third-party specialists if necessary.

    Stay informed about the latest security threats, principles, techniques, and protocols, taking prompt action if required, and staying abreast of the latest security news and developments.

    Server 2012+, ESX/VMware, Messaging (Exchange 2016+), IIS, SQL 2012+, Linux appliances, architecture and OS, Back-up technologies, Citrix, and Cisco networking.

    Implementation of cloud related technologies.
    Ability to see patterns and solutions, attention to detail and ability to recognise trends in data.
    Security+, SSCP, CISP, CEH, CCNA, CCNA Security, OSCP, MCSE, a computing/security related BSc/MSc (desirable).
