    Description

    Are you looking for an operational HR role supporting leadership teams on all HR matters?We're recruiting for this varied Senior HR Advisor role, on a permanent, full-time basis where you'll be supporting the HR team to ensure HR initiatives are created, launched and implemented successfully, whilst also ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and practices.

    Coaching and supporting managers in implementing and developing good people practicesIdentifying resourcing needsCase management support for performance, maternity, paternity and long term sicknessEnsuring all promotions and change of roles are managed within the agreed frameworkAssisting with benchmarking and the salary review processWorking as part of a team to create and implement a HR planContinuous improvement ensuring the HR function meets the company's requirementsLead on and work with the HR team on bespoke project workEnsure the integrity of all HR dataPreparation of reportsWe're looking for ideally a CIPD Level 7 qualified, HR Advisor with a strong knowledge of employment law.

    You'll enjoy working in genuine partnership with business teams and have experience of leading on HR projects.

    Hybrid working - office working can be across various office locationsHours:Monday-Friday - Core hours of 9am-5:30pm with a policy that supports work life balance

    Salary:
