    Options Resourcing is an independent recruitment business and was recently placed in the HOT 10 of recruitment businesses in the UK.

    We are a market leader in the provision of staff to the construction, built environment and commercial sectors, and have formed close working relationships with some of the leading businesses in the UK.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced recruitment team within our Bristol office in Queen Square.

    Due to continued growth and success from our branch, we are looking to employ a Sales Support to the branch and enable further growth.

    Ã~ To provide clerical support to the branch.
    Ã~ To effectively register new and update existing candidates on the Organisations in house database.
    Ã~ Registering all candidates on the in-house CRM system.
    Ã~ Ensuring all applicants meet the relevant compliance criteria and are recorded in line with our policies.
    Build, maintain and manage a database of available candidates through all means possible including, but not limited to;
    Local Resources (e.g. colleges, job centres etc)
    Utilising the existing database
    Generate and complete all necessary paperwork for transmission to accounts and payroll for all starts and terminations.
    Ensure company recruitment procedures are always followed
    Obtain candidate appraisals when finishing a contract
    Work collaboratively with the colleagues throughout the Organisation to meet all commercial or otherwise aims of the business.
