Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and child-centred person to join our Pastoral Team at Aylesbury Vale.

Pastoral Support Assistants fulfil a vital role in our school support system. Working alongside an 'Achievement Director', they provide administrative support for a year group of students. More significantly, they support students with their wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and attitudes.

Pastoral support assistants are often the 'emotionally available adult' in so many of our students' lives and are often the first port of call for families.


This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year and the salary will be pro-rata'd to reflect this working pattern.
