    The opportunity

    As part of our continuing expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an energised individual to take up the new role of Client Development Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting UK Client Development Leads across a range of activities in the account management and business development arena, with a specific focus on service delivery to Insurers, MGAs, and London Market.

    The successful individual will report to a Client Development Lead. This is a home-based role linked to either our London or Manchester office.

    The role

  • Working closely with Client Development Leads of key client accounts, the role will involve a range of support responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Updating and maintaining dedicated client handling instructions and fee scales
  • Coordinating due diligence requests
  • Creating and issuing of client MI
  • File management of client meetings on CRM database
  • Creating and distributing monthly business development dashboard
  • Preparing and file management of Practice Head quarterly meeting pack
  • Coordinating client specific material
  • Coordination of client audits
  • Attending periodical review meetings and audits.
  • Undertaking projects, attending conferences and events and other ad hoc work as require.

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
  • Personal pride in delivering quality outputs.
  • A willingness for occasional business travel where required.
