- Reviews survey inspection reports for quality standards related to the Quality First Program.
- Reviews and makes corrections in reports or returns reports back to Field Representatives for correction.
- Reviews Customer Requirements to ensure that information is correct and meets customer needs.
- Performs quality control functions by sampling, verifying components, and reviewing and recording the technical accuracy and quality of work by field representatives.
- Provides feedback to field management and field representatives regarding technical accuracy and quality of completed reports.
- Addresses questions and assists field representatives in solving problems related to the completion of survey reports.
- May perform work of a special project nature as required.
- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have the ability to learn detailed technical information about Commercial Property products
- Disciplined in work at home environment
- Strong knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Windows
- Strong one-on-one interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly both oral and written
- General knowledge of customer requirements and applications of Commercial Property products and services
- General knowledge of basic insurance underwriting and loss control concepts
- Able to represent Verisk in a completely professional manner with customers
