    Linking with other oversight teams to ensure there is consistent and risk based approach across all funds. This will be part of the Investment Accounting Oversight Team and will work closely with the third party administrators.

    The role holder requires excellent people management and influencing skills, wide ranging knowledge of Investment Accounting processes and regulatory requirements.

    The individual will have background in Financial Services having an understanding of Investment Accounting and experience of influencing at a variety of levels.

    Liaise with third-party administrators in the operation of the daily checks, exception investigation, attending SRMs, monitoring KPIs.
    Help the successful completion of M&G change initiatives affecting funds eg in species, fund launches, closures mergers.
    Accounting qualification or qualified by significant relevant experience.
    Proven technical experience of the pricing and workings of Investment Funds
    Previous experience within a NAV oversight function within Financial Services
    Experience of different assets types and valuation methodologies
