Working for a well-established and ever-expanding employer based in East Leeds, this temporary role is immediate with the opportunity to become permanent.
They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to show their initiative and vast communication skills. The role will initially be 2-3 months commitment with the possibility of being extended to a permanent role.
You will be working with a fast-paced team, providing the best service and support to customers, in a wide range of different industries.
This varied role involves you being responsible for the whole process from logged to completed, showing the ability to deal with a range of situations on the phone to support customers in the best way possible.
Responsibilities
- Very varied, fast paced customer service
- Vast initiative and ability to prioritise workload
- Responsible for whole process from logged to completed
- Arranges jobs and services
- Liaise with customers to keep them up to date with process
Requirements:
- Customer service focused, going the extra mile
- Experience and confidence on the phones
- Good accuracy to detail
- Organisational skills
- Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Word / Excel
- Excellent communication skills
Hours:37.5 hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5:30pm. You will have 1 hour lunch break and flexibility with start/finish times
Rates:
£11 per hour
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds,
West Yorkshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
