Role 2: 10 hours per week during term-time and 27 hours per week during school holidays. (Monday, Wednesday, Friday before and after school clubs during term-time and holiday club during school holidays.)

We are brothers aged 13 and 8. We are part of an active family who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and have a keen interest in adventures and outdoor activities. We both enjoy attending Scouts and have recently taken part in the adventure to Austria for the Scouts annual Jamboree. We took on roles and worked as a team and took part in fun, adventurous activities. We have a pet dog who we love to spend time with and we both like camping and bike rides.

I am a 13-year-old boy who is looking for a worker to support me independently with accessing the community, helping with socialising and opportunities for me to meet and make friends. I like to socialise, and I am a good friend. People who know me well say I am funny, kind and caring.

I enjoy playing football and going swimming, playing basketball, badminton and hanging out with my friends.

At home I like cooking or gaming on my XBox. I really enjoy being around animals and this is an interest of mine, and I go horse riding which I really enjoy.

I like to feel prepared for what is expected of me, what is happening or where I am going. I don't like surprises or changes to my routine where plans are changed, and would need support with this. I like to feel included with what is happening and to feel part of the group or activity.

I really do not like tight or uncomfortable clothing or sudden loud noises.

People who know me well know I am best supported with my communication to help me express how I feel and my likes and dislikes.

I can express myself through my changes in behaviour if I am not regulated; it would help me if I felt understood and this would help my confidence. I find processing my emotions difficult and I would need a trusted adult to support me with this. I like sensory toys when I feel anxious or worried. I would like to feel safe and secure to be able to make and maintain friendships and I need to be given a chance and to be supported with this.

I am an 8-year-old boy who is looking for a worker to support me before and after school and with summer holiday sessions. I enjoy opportunities to play with my friends and I like to attend these sessions before and after school. I would like a someone who will help to keep me safe when out in the community and with attending groups or sessions. I really enjoy playing games outdoors with friends and using my walkie talkies.

I like to go out to eat and to be kept busy with activities.

I like structure and routine for me to feel safe, and help with hypervigilance - I am waiting for an assessment. I am best supported with people around me providing me with an understanding of what to expect, and I am most settled when I am taking part in a practical activity I can be involved in. I love to take part in art and craft activities or burning off some energy bouncing on a bouncy castle. I like to spend time on my Nintendo, computer or iPad.

I have a keen interest in drama, musical theatre and enjoy Irish dancing. I like to be helpful and included when setting up activities or to help with tasks.
