HR Case Management Advisor

Castle Bromwich / Wolverhampton - Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days from Home)
49ph PAYE

Hours:
Standard 40 Hours Per Week

The candidate will join an experienced and professional Team and support the business with employee relations issues and cases focussed on discipline, grievance, absence and performance management.

The team are supported with strong in-house training and on-going development and therefore we also welcome new or recent graduates who has experience in ER case management.

Provide effective support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence, including complex cases.
Make recommendations on appropriate case outcomes through applying sound judgment and based on appropriate risk analysis.
Support process improvement projects.
Senior and Middle Line Managers.
Senior Trade Union in the local area.
Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel.
Able to use rational judgement, critical thinking and data analysis to inform decision making.
Building trust by speaking openly and honestly, listening attentively, and treating others respectfully.
An individual with the ability to combine a short-term, pragmatic focus with longer-term planning.

An individual who is able to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.
