The role:

As a direct-to-consumer and digital-first business, our growth at Huel has come as a direct result of always striving to offer the best online experience to our website users.

We want to ensure their journeys are seamless and convert them into lifelong loyal Hueligans.

To help ensure we stay at the top of our game, we are now looking for a new
UI/UX Designer to join us to help continue building a best-in-class digital experience for our customers.

This role will see you play an essential part in creating user-centred design solutions that not only look wicked but also make it easier for customers to purchase and manage their Huel subscriptions.

You'll play a key role in defining the e-commerce roadmap by conducting user research to understand customer needs and suggest innovative design solutions, and you will also participate in all stages of the creative process, including concept research, ideation, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and in-depth prototypes too.

What we're looking for in you:
This role will best suit someone with around
2-3 years of experience working in UI/UX Design. Wizardry skills with design tools will be essential (e.g. Framer, Figma, Sketch + Adobe Creative Suite).

You'll need to be someone with a keen eye for design and who has had exposure to data-backed design decisions.

You'll also have good knowledge and understanding of core UI/UX Principles. Do you know what Fitts' Law is? We'd love you to tell us more
