- Processing Change of tenancies to cap debt at the point of insolvency.
- Liaising with administrators to obtain correct documentation, proof of debt etc.
- Complete the investigation, resolution and reporting of customers that are going through the insolvency process.
- Produce in depth learning points of failings both internally and externally.
- Monitor all potential claims ensuring minimal financial impact to the business.
- Experience of working within a customer service environment.
- Adaptable communication style to suit audience and circumstances.
- Previous experience of working within a role requiring negotiating and influencing.

Base Location: Reading, Cardiff or Perth - this is a hybrid role working a minimum two days a week from the office at the advertised location.
Salary:£26,609-£30,472 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Forming an integral part of our Risk process, The Insolvency process from issuing proof of debt claims, through to securing futures at site to mitigate any further bad debt.
