    About the Role

    Base Location: Reading, Cardiff or Perth - this is a hybrid role working a minimum two days a week from the office at the advertised location.


    Salary:£26,609-£30,472 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.


    Working Pattern:12 month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment | Full Time | Flexible First options available


    What is the Role?

    Forming an integral part of our Risk process, The Insolvency process from issuing proof of debt claims, through to securing futures at site to mitigate any further bad debt.

    Your role will be varied and will allow you interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.


    Your role will include:

    • Processing Change of tenancies to cap debt at the point of insolvency.
    • Liaising with administrators to obtain correct documentation, proof of debt etc.
    • Complete the investigation, resolution and reporting of customers that are going through the insolvency process.
    • Produce in depth learning points of failings both internally and externally.
    • Monitor all potential claims ensuring minimal financial impact to the business.

    What do I need?
    To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:


    • Experience of working within a customer service environment.
    • Adaptable communication style to suit audience and circumstances.
    • Previous experience of working within a role requiring negotiating and influencing.
    • Proactive and forward thinking with the mindset to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
