    Job summary

    We are recruiting for a Lead Asset and Compliance Manager to join our Technology and Governance team.�

    The post holder will be working to the Band A Governance Manager in IS. They will be a key link to Digital colleagues on Microsoft Licencing requirements, Asset Management, Digital contract invoices and managing mobile phone usage across Ofsted. This work will be across Divisions and across Digital team projects.

  • A good understanding of asset and configuration management with experience of using Service Now
  • Understanding Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) agreement under which Ofsted�s licences are purchased.
  • Experience of continual service improvement- identifying and exploring opportunities for service and business improvement ensuring that the organisation derive maximum value from services.
  • Stakeholder relationship Management � identifying, analysing, manage and monitor relationships with stakeholders ensuring commitments, consultation and consideration of impacts. Assisting customers to ensure maximum benefit from products and service.
  • Service reporting � provide management information to consolidate agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), into product or service measures to underpin the service management of licensing and asset management.
