    Job Description

    We are on the lookout for a friendly and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team, collaborating with Sofa and Amara. This part-time role involves 30 hours per week, including weekends.

    As a team member, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with creative ideas to meet their requirements. You should excel in a customer-focused setting, always striving to exceed expectations.

    • Warmly welcoming customers to create a comfortable atmosphere, encouraging them to explore the store and discover our full range
    • Maintaining our exceptional showroom standards and visual merchandising
    • Offering advice and assistance to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and providing solutions within our product range
    • Following up on sales quotes and handling orders accurately and efficiently, while keeping customer records updated
    • Acting as a representative of sofa.com, embracing the customer journey, and setting an example by promoting the company culture and standards
    • Proactively enhancing and staying informed about product and interior trends

    Qualifications

    • Background in retail, coupled with a proven track record in interiors and furniture
    • Demonstrated sales experience and awareness of trends to assist customers in styling their living spaces
    • Ambitious and confident, with a positive can-do attitude
    • Enthusiastic and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
    • Keen to collaborate within a team to generate fresh and innovative concepts
    • Proficient in MS Office and general IT skills
