Typical tasks include:

Client Engagement:
Manage a caseload, conduct screenings, and tailor support plans effectively

Programme Management:
Track participants' progress throughout the programme, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed

Pre-Employment Support:
Guide clients toward job readiness through referrals and engaging workshops

Workshops and Training:
Lead informative sessions on essential topics and deliver enriching short courses to enhance participants' skillsets.

The main office for the charity is Kennington, but you will work with clients across Southwark and Tower Hamlets. Its mostly office based with the off day / half day working from here or there
