Medical Administrator Seasonal London Competitive This role requires flexibility during our busy season with regards to hours and days worked.
We are looking for a Medical Administrator to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis: Secure and correctly package any goods required for movement to Dubai via Air Cargo.
Receive all inbound telephone enquiries and redirect them to the appropriate person in an efficient manner. · Once approved, pass to accounts for payment. · Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities · Previous experience in an administrative role · Excellent knowledge of MS Office and databasesPersonal Attributes · Trustworthy · Honest · Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines · Excellent communication skills · Flexible to the changing demands of the role · Patient and understanding · Ability to use own initiative
