We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and adaptable midwife to join our dynamic and friendly team here at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust - Queen Charlotte's & Chelsea Hospital.

You will be based and in charge of Maternity Triage/Maternity Day Assessment Unit.

To oversee the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care focused on improving outcomes and experiences for patients, families and carers in the context of leading and managing the implementation and sustainability of the BSOTS system (at Queen Charlottes/St Mary's Hospitals).

Graduate (degree/diploma) with specialist expertise across a range of midwifery procedures

Management qualification or equivalent experience

Significant experience at Band 6 in a relevant clinical setting
Knowledge of quality, standard setting, benchmarking and audit.

Experience at Band 7 as a team leader
Organisation, administrative and management skills
