Our amazing #TeamQuebec in Elgin are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, caring and flexible individual with a great sense of humour, to join them as a
Support Practitioner on a part-time (up to 30 hours per week) basis.


We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need previous experience as a Support Worker or qualifications to start your career with us. We have our own Training Academy that'll give you all the skills you'll need;
We'll even fund your SVQ/SCQF qualifications and your yearly SSSC fee

The Role

You'll be joining our longest running service in Moray and will become part of a dedicated, fun and friendly team.

Our team currently supports five individuals, all with different support needs to live in their own shared home.

The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same Your main aim will be to support the individuals with all aspects of daily living, including shopping, housework, finances, medication and personal care.

All of the individuals are very active and love to get out and about, so you'll also find yourself being involved in activities like music, darts, pool, badminton, gaming, horse riding, going to the cinema, meals out and arts & crafts to name a few.


All we'll need you to bring is;

  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shifts patterns do include early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.

Our weekends are worked on a one on/one off basis, so you'll be off every second weekend.

Our sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you'll receive an additional sleepover payment of between
£87 per night.
