    Our client partners with several international private businesses in shipping, real estate, energy, banking, and investments.

    You will be joining their growing team on a hybrid basis, on-site 4 days a week in their office based in Marble Arch.

    An intro to the 3rd Line Support Engineer role...

    You will be playing a crucial role in supporting the BAU IT for clients across the group.

    This role is vital in supporting the Service Delivery function in anticipating and mitigating issues users face which may impact service ability.

    Every day is different with opportunities to grow. You will be working with a mixture of legacy and new technologies, across different industries, to solve problems that make a difference.

    What you've got...

    • Experience working across the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, MS Office, Enterprise security)
    • Exposure to Cloud Platforms (Azure or AWS)
    • Experience working with Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure AD, VMWare
    • Demonstrate professionalism and positivity to the team and end users by displaying good customer-facing practices
    • Comfortable at communicating with all levels of the business, including C-suite
    • Analytical and diligent, with attention to detail
    • You are resilient and cope well under pressure and with shifting priorities
    • Effective collaborator and communicator at all levels who uses their own initiative and shares skills
    • Self-motivated, self-sufficient and enthusiastic team player
    • Assertive, adaptable, collaborative and creative with a "can-do" attitude, willing to go the extra mile
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new skills
    • Working well under pressure, ability to prioritise work streams and refer on where required
