Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking an
Administrator to join their Tenant services department based in
Hull.
This role would be a dream fit for somebody who is highly motivated with strong communication skills


Key Responsibilities:


  • Arranging repairs, maintenance & refurbishments
  • Carrying out property visits
  • Regular contact with tenants & landlords to solve queries
  • Preparation of reports

Personal Requirements:


  • Ideally experience in property, housing, asset management
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT proficiency

Hours:
Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch

£24,000
