The Company:
We are working on a brand-new position with an award-winning national Financial Planning business who are searching to add an additional member to the client administration department helping with the provision of Financial Advice to valued clients.

Building long term client relationships through an exceptional level of client service this firm provides a comprehensive range of advice services, specialising in Pensions, Investments, Tax and Protection planning to both corporate and private clients.
The Role:
- Supporting and working closely with team members.
- Arranging team meetings, client meetings and appointments.
- Administering new client pensions, investment, and risk contracts.
- Effectively liaise with product providers and partners.
- Managing and finalising client documentation ensuring completeness.
- Managing and coordinating annual client reviews.
- Processing investments, fund switches and sales documentation within SLA.
- Checking and completing investment transactions to ensure in line with original instructions.
- Dealing with client queries.
- Ensuring the backoffice system is up to date
- Keep up to date with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures.
The Required Skills:
- Prior experience of working within a Financial Planning Firm
- Strong Pensions and Investments product knowledge is desirable
- Proactive cando attitude
- Team Player
- Experience with Intelliflo would be advantageous
- Financial Services Qualifications such as progress towards Certificate in Financial Services or the level 4 diploma in financial planning would be highly desirable, as well as a good knowledge about the workings of the FCA.
