    Description

    Prestigious Fire Installation and Security Protection Company based in Loughborough are looking for a number of Key Account Co-Ordinators to join them on a temp to perm basis.

    The positions are for enthusiastic and bright people who want to work within the National Accounts Team, based in Loughborough.

    Managing the performance of major accounts

    • Ensuring CRM systems are up to date.
    • Ensure Performance metrics are met.
    • Monitoring numerous customer specific inboxes
    • Maintaining customer web-based portals
    • Resolving queries and/or complaints
    • The position is working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
    The position is temp to perm paying between £12.00 per hour.
