    We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team, to support the maintenance and enhancement of our HR and Payroll system.

    Every day will be different, analysing requirements, designing solutions and implementing changes, as well as providing troubleshooting, user training and documenting system processes and procedures.

    Here are some of the activities that you'll get involved with...

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the software provider (Zellis), managing communication, coordinating updates and upgrades, ensuring the provider meets expectations
  • Organise and lead change advisory board meetings
  • Analyse processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement
  • Gather and document user requirements and specifications for system changes
  • Complete system configuration requirements, testing and change control documentation for enhancements and system changes.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy updates and upgrades, modifications and enhancements
  • Support and upskill system users and provide user manuals and guides
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues and errors
  • Document system processes, procedures and standards
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy regulations
  • Design and develop ad-hoc custom reports
  • Monitor and address system-related issues, prioritising and leveraging best practises and solutions and escalating issues if required

    Substantial experience in a similar role with knowledge of HR systems is essential and previous experience with Zellis (ResourceLink/MyView), is particularly advantageous.

    A good knowledge of system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation methodologies and Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other programming languages.

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are important, along with great communication and relationship building skills – with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
