This is an investment management opportunity that focusses on the assessment of potential new investment, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions that meet a specific investment criteria within a particular sub - sector of the real estate sector,one which is demonstrating sustained long term growth and evolution.


Responsibility will include:

  • Involvement in the modelling of potential and actual transactions
  • Presentation of relevant investment opportunities to credit committee including production of relevant documentation.
  • Input into business planning and strategy to further develop the business aims.
  • Participation at conferences to aid origination effort.
  • Keeping on top of market developments.


This is an ideal opportunity to take on a specialism for a ratings/debt advisory generalist or a property debt specialist who is working in a silo' d team in a large environment keen to take on more rounded responsibility and ownership.


Non-negotiable skills are an excellent blend of both modelling and ratings knowledge. Long term development well supported in this organisation.
