You'll work hand-in-hand with our Deputy & Registered Manager, ensuring our home meets the highest standards set by the Care Quality Commission and all relevant legislation.

Your clinical leadership will be crucial in providing top-notch care and support to all residents.Flexibility is key, as hours can be negotiable but typically involve a mix of supernumerary and on-shift hours.
Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered General Nurse
Experience working with individuals facing challenging behaviours, elderly & Palliative care
Proficiency in care planning tools.
Leadership and management skills, including supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
During your shifts, you'll take on lead nurse responsibilities, guiding, supervising, and supporting our care team to deliver personalized, person-centered care.
Your duties will also include safe administration of prescribed medications, monitoring medication stock levels, ensuring resident safety and well-being, and completing tasks such as audits and updating care and risk plans.
