    Description

    My client is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Paralegal / Private Client Assistant to join their Private Client Team.

    Based in Ashton-Under-Lyne, my client are committed to doing what is right and making a positive difference. A legal company that is very proud of their firm's history, the roots of which can be traced back over 175 years.

    As an experienced Senior Paralegal / Private Client , the role will include assisting a Private Client Fee Earners in a very busy, fast-paced Private Client department.

    You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with Probate, Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Services for the Elderly.

    Experience of Case Management Systems are essential.

    Have knowledge of and work cases in line with all client SLA's for the files within your responsibility

    Works flexibly in adjusting to changes in priority of workload.

    Strong communication, administrative skills and attention to detail.

    The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, ambitious, work well under pressure, be numerate and have a good telephone manner.

    For LPC graduates, completion of Private Client elective is essential.

    A minimum of two years previous experience in a Private Client paralegal role is essential.

    • Salary is dependent upon experience.


    • 23 days holiday pa, plus loyalty holiday scheme, and ability to purchase holidays.
