    Junior Renewable Energy Process Engineer

    This company Is looking for a Process Engineer Graduate to come to join an exciting Renewable Energy company, a huge producer of Biofuel in the UK.

    This role is to support the R&D, commissioning, operations, ongoing engineering
    development and maintenance of the Compressed BioMethane (CBM) plants in Swindon
    (the Plant), and future designs and projects. that the plant and projects are created, maintained, and operated with the utmost
    attention to achieving the highest standards in performance, quality, health and safety,
    flexible and adaptive working approach both to developing solutions to challenges and

    ensuring that tasks are prioritised and completed in a timely way to ensure that the project schedules are fully met.

    HAZOP and risk assessments) relating to plant modifications, additions etc.

    Update and maintain accurate records, including audits, inspections, maintenance records, calibration records, operations data, turnaround data, documents and drawings relating to projects.

    Ensure that works are undertaken in accordance with safe methods of work, using standard operating procedures, correct PPE, and safety assessments, and help develop these safe methods of work where they do not exist.

    Actively seek and identify opportunities for improvement to plant operations and projects.
    Work effectively with the operations and maintenance teams to complete commissioning works.

    Contribute to (and where necessary lead) the engineering design, development and implementation of new and existing equipment, and comply with the needs of the change management process for the plant.

    Participate in activities, as required from time-to-time, that are not standard but assist in the development of the plant or the business.

    Process/Chemical Engineering qualifications (Masters or above is desirable)
    Ability to take a leading role in and champion plant safety, e.g.

    HAZOPS, risk assessments, use of safety equipment, etc., Ability to develop and effectively apply models of the process to predict performance.

    Willingness to undertake training to ensure safe operation of equipment (e.g. compressed gases, CoSHH, etc.).
