    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support event operation tasks including but not limited to; booking accommodation, travel and on-site catering for the live sporting events
    • To support company's CEO on administrational tasks and diary management
    • Coordinate booking all staff working on the events
    • Support on general administration of players competing in the events
    • Produce clear and concise travel and meeting schedules for site visits
    • Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
    • Onsite support at all events, event operations, player logistics and hospitality

    Skills and Experience:

    • Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to details
    • Strong IT skills including confident on Microsoft office suite
    • Attention to detail in own work
    • Ability to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally
    • Industry awareness of live events
    • Bring innovation, be creative and able to think outside the box
    • Ability to work to budget
    • Willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked as well as company's CEO out of hours
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods
