- Support event operation tasks including but not limited to; booking accommodation, travel and on-site catering for the live sporting events
- To support company's CEO on administrational tasks and diary management
- Coordinate booking all staff working on the events
- Support on general administration of players competing in the events
- Produce clear and concise travel and meeting schedules for site visits
- Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
- Onsite support at all events, event operations, player logistics and hospitality
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to details
- Strong IT skills including confident on Microsoft office suite
- Attention to detail in own work
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Industry awareness of live events
- Bring innovation, be creative and able to think outside the box
- Ability to work to budget
- Willingness to be flexible on days/hours worked as well as company's CEO out of hours
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to travel to multiple countries and be away for lengthy periods
