The Role:

The role is as a Digital Project Manager, whose responsibility will be co-ordination, overseeing and planning across various projects.

The role will be very collaborative, having to work with multiple project teams and across the variety of creative teams withinthe company.

You will ensure that project work is delivered to a high standard for clients and is delivered within budget and timeline.

Typically, the client works within Prince 2 methodology, so knowledge of this would be a plus.

Responsibilities:


  • Brainstorm with the client services team, creative team, and development team to produce solutions for client needs
  • Formulating estimates and timelines for projects, with potentially looking to help the Client Services Team in pitching to clients
  • Overseeing client relationships end to end, keeping them informed through calls, monitoring reports, getting client feedback, and doing modifications to projects when necessary
  • Create project plans for delivery and continue to track project milestones, and monitor progress of teams
  • Develop project reports and communication plans, preparing reports and conduct meetings to ensure any issue resolution

Experience needed:


  • 1+ year experience within Project Management
