The Personal Assistant role
This role will involve PA duties to an executive board member, who also holds other external board appointments.

This position will be based in London, but may require occasional travel to other UK locations. There is opportunity for some flexible working.

Tasks will include extensive diary management, booking travel and accommodation, arranging itineraries, booking and preparing for meetings, proactive inbox management and prioritisation

General ad hoc duties

Communication is key, there will be a requirement to liaise with clients, consultants and colleagues.


Your Profile
Applicants will need to be accurate, highly efficient and proactive individuals. As would be expected for this role, attention to detail, trust and confidentiality are a prerequisite.


You will have:
- experience of supporting Board level roles
- a positive, approachable personality and proactive approach to work
- a high level of English grammar and vocabulary
- excellent team work skills as you will be working in collaboration with the other PA's
- excellent document production skills - advanced Word user
- excellent IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- good research skills - primarily online
- the ability to work autonomously, prioritise the workload and meet tight deadlines in a busy environment
- an interest in understanding and learning about the business
