Reservations Consultant - Tour Operations - HybridSalary - Up to £23,000 DOE
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am - 17:30pm

Duties and responsibilities:
- Quoting & booking
- Booking management
- Responding to your daily allocation of bookings, the timely response to all enquiries including portal requests/cancellations considering different time zones, regular review of any pending enquiries.
- You will be tracking and monitoring the progress of bookings and their operation will be closely monitored to ensure the team are meeting quality & service levels ensuring you meet the standards and take responsibility for your work
- Communicate effectively with your supervisor/manager about any complaints you will be dealing with so they are able to provide support & guidance should you need.
- You will be fully familiar with all the general allocation and suballocation splits for any preferred partners. You will ensure you make correct usage of our inventory and when applicable you will refer to the team supervisor / manager to maximise use of inventory.
- Working quickly and accurately, at times under pressure, within acceptable timeframes.
- Preparing and delivering welcome packages / tickets for clients when applicable, keeping all delivery notes for future reference.
Skills and experience required:
- People with real passion you've got to love travel and be passionate about customer service
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good organisational skills
- Good attention to detail, maintaining accuracy
- Team player that is able to work in a busy environment is essential
